The Ghana Football Association’s Disciplinary Committee has dismissed the protest filed by Bolga All Stars SC against Real Tamale United FC over their Access Bank Division One League Matchday 26 fixture played on 11 April 2026 at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium.

Bolga All Stars claimed Real Tamale United failed to pay former player Mustapha Fuseini GH¢10,600 and a GH¢3,000 fine to the GFA, as ordered by the Disciplinary Committee in February 2025. They sought an awarded victory, three points, three goals, and a three-point deduction from Real Tamale United.

The Committee ruled that the player, Mustapha Fuseini, had written confirming that RTU has fully paid him and that they no longer owe him. The club had also settled its fine with the GFA. The Committee held that the matter concerned only the judgment debtor and creditor, and third parties could not enforce the ruling.

The protest was dismissed in its entirety with no costs awarded. Any party wishing to appeal has one day to file with the GFA Appeals Committee.
