Raji Re-Elected Unopposed for Third Term as Liberia FA President

Mustapha Ishola Raji has been re-elected unopposed as President of the Liberia Football Association (LFA) for a third four-year term.

The decision was confirmed by acclamation at the 30th LFA Ordinary Congress held on Friday, May 15, at the LFA Headquarters in Congo Town, Monrovia. Raji, the sole candidate after his challenger was disqualified, will lead the federation until 2030.

Raji’s re-election follows a second term that emphasized infrastructure development, grassroots programs, and sustainability initiatives. Congress delegates gave him the nod, reflecting broad support.
Vice presidents, including Jodie Reid Seton, were also elected as part of the new leadership team for the 2026–2030 cycle.

The congress proceeded smoothly with no major controversies reported, though the lack of opposition sparked some discussion about electoral competitiveness. Raji and his team are expected to focus on further developing Liberian football in the years ahead.
