FIFA Warns Fans Against Unauthorised World Cup 2026 Ticket and Hospitality Sales

FIFA has issued a strong warning to fans against buying tickets or hospitality packages for the 2026 FIFA World Cup from unauthorised sellers.

The governing body has alerted national football associations about companies and individuals falsely promoting and selling tickets, hospitality, and travel packages without any official authorisation or accreditation. Such purchases carry high risks of fraud, invalid tickets, and financial loss.

In Ghana, the Ghana Football Association (GFA) received formal notice from FIFA regarding Match Experience Hospitality (MEH) in Accra. FIFA confirmed the company has no rights to sell World Cup-related products, and the GFA has helped relay the public advisory to local stakeholders and supporters, urging them to avoid all dealings with unauthorised entities.

Tickets are available exclusively via FIFA.com/tickets, while hospitality packages can only be purchased through On Location, FIFA’s Official Hospitality Provider, at FIFA.com/hospitality.

Any tickets or packages bought elsewhere may be cancelled without notice.

With the 2026 tournament co-hosted by Canada, Mexico, and the United States approaching, fans are advised to purchase solely through official platforms, register for updates on FIFA.com, and report suspicious offers to authorities.
