WAFCON 2026: Black Queens Reveal Jersey Numbers
Ghana’s senior women’s national team, the Black Queens, have unveiled their official jersey numbers ahead of the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) in Morocco.
The squad-number reveal gives fans a closer look at the players who will represent Ghana at the continental showpiece, with the team set to begin their campaign as they seek to make a strong impression at the tournament.
Goalkeeper Cynthia Konlan Fiindib will wear the No. 1 shirt, while Benedicte Simon has been assigned No. 2 and Susan Ama Duah will wear No. 3.
Abena Anoma Opoku takes the No. 4 jersey, with Grace Asantewaa handed No. 5. Jennifer Cudjoe will wear No. 6, while Princess Marfo has been allocated No. 7 and Chantelle Boye-Hlorkah No. 8.
Doris Boaduwaa will wear No. 9, with Princella Adubea taking the No. 10 shirt. Alice Kusi has been assigned No. 11, followed by Achiaa Anasthesia at No. 12 and Evelyn Badu at No. 13.
Stella Nyamekye will wear No. 14, while Comfort Yeboah takes No. 15. Afi Amenyeku has been handed No. 16, with captain Portia Boakye wearing No. 17.
The remaining squad numbers see Alexandra Emefa Tay take No. 19, Ajegipina Zakaria No. 20 and Linda Owusu Ansah No. 21.
Osman Huzeimah will wear No. 22, Jennifer Bonsu No. 23, Wasima Mohammed No. 24, Abi Kim No. 25 and Sharon Sampson completes the list with the No. 26 jersey.

With their squad numbers now confirmed, the Black Queens will turn their attention to the task ahead as they prepare to compete for continental glory at WAFCON 2026.
